Baby gym

Сlasses for the little ones from 2-3.5 years. Our program gives kids the opportunity to be physically active, which is very important at an early age. Physically active kids acquire the correct posture and develop muscles. Next to the parents, the child is warm and comfortable. Under the guidance of an experienced coach, children perform various general developmental exercises. Regular exercises strengthen posture, develop ear for music, coordination and motor apparatus.

All-around gymnastics
The main goal of gymnastics is to develop the physical capabilities of the body, to form a good posture. Children in a playful way during exercises strengthens not only the muscular frame, but also improves coordination of movements. Due to the variety of exercises, these skills will be useful in everyday life.

Sports gymnastics

Our gymnastics classes for children are characterized by a lack of compulsion. Professional trainers ease the load in the best way, considering individual characteristics, correctly alternating general physical training, exercises and rest. Together with the sports part and the opportunity to find an approach, the important point is the involvement of the child in the process and the concentration of attention. Success requires a variety of programs, music, active games and competitive moments. The form of the game allows them to liberate themselves, throw out emotions, and spend their leisure time usefully.

Acrobatics

Acrobatics classes are designed for all age groups. Children learn the basics of acrobatic training: the basics of the technique for performing acrobatic elements (somersaults, wheels, flips, somersaults, splits, bridges, all types of racks, as well as a set of special physical exercises for all muscle groups), jumps using special equipment: trampoline, jump bridge, mini springboard, with and without insurance. Then they master more complex material, for example, connections from acrobatic elements.

Parkour

Parkour is an athletic training discipline or sport in which practitioners attempt to get from one point to another in the fastest and most efficient way possible, without assisting equipment and often while performing feats of acrobatics. Parkour includes flipping, running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, and quadrupedal movement—whatever is suitable for a given situation.
