Acrobatics
Acrobatics classes are designed for all age groups. Children learn the basics of acrobatic training:
the basics of the technique for performing acrobatic elements (somersaults, wheels, flips, somersaults, splits, bridges, all types of racks,
as well as a set of special physical exercises for all muscle groups), jumps using special equipment:
trampoline, jump bridge, mini springboard, with and without insurance. Then they master more complex material, for example,
connections from acrobatic elements.
